The breakfast included coffee, toast, and cereals. Our room was neat. - the staff was friendly. - the location was favourable and marvelous, just next door to outlet malls and restaurants, and the downtown area.

Truly enjoyed my stay, it was fine. It was a functional and nice hotel in a very nice area, so close to casino and the falls, the restaurants, shopping centers & malls and all the area attractions. My room was spotless, had a fairly clean bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy enough to me. Very courteous staff and the location was good. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Griffon Park.

I adored my stay at Castle Inn & Suites Niagara Falls in Niagara Falls. the hotel was straightforward, impeccably clean, and the staff was amazingly nice. the beds were comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, allowing me to easily walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Additionally, the proximity to the airport, just 0.5 miles away, was convenient.

THe staff person was helpful and accommodating. And looking at the other options in Niagara Falls, this was the best. None of the properties live up to the pictures they provide.

It's sparse, and not an attractive property at all. The pool seems out of place-lots of concrete and scary looking.

The Rodeway Inn and Suites at Niagara Falls was able to accommodate our group of six in the same room for a fair price. Room was clean and spacious.

Continental breakfast could have included a better variety. Coffee was not provided around the clock as stated on the website when we booked. Pool should be available in the morning. It was only available during the hours when our group was busy with other city attractions.

The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are modern and very clean, and the location is close to the mall, the Falls, and the State Park.

The hotel in Niagara Falls was nice and functional. the staff were very informative, and the location was absolutely perfect, right near Martins Fantasy Island Amusement and the mall. the whole experience was pleasant.

It was easy to find and for a night away it worked just fine. Good channel selection.

The attendant put out a "ring bell for service" sign but after ringing the bell for 10 minutes to attempt an early check out, I had to drive 30 minutes to the Buffalo airport drop my husband off and then drive back to wait for that person to surface. They need an early check out box that is labeled and available.
